And the server needs more support team members it takes like 2 days for someone to look at tickets < not Sammy or harry you guys take them fast> How could you benefit our Support Team (50 words minimum)?: since no support members have the same time zone as me I can be on when other support members are not on and therefore it takes less time for tickets to be finished or to be looked at and answered.
